客戶投訴注意事項

親愛的客戶:

謝謝您對本行一向的支持,如果您有任何不滿意的地方,請不吝批評指教,本行對於您提出的寶貴意見,將儘速給予答覆,並作為本行業務改進之參考。

  1. 您對本行的投訴可經由下列方式提出:

  1. 投訴時請告知您的姓名或公司名稱、聯絡電話或地址,以便本行回覆。
  2. 除不具名投訴及於次營業日即已解決之投訴案件外,本行在您提出投訴日起七天內將以書函(或電郵、傳真)回覆您本行已受理投訴並進行處理,同時告知您投訴處理專員之姓名、職稱、聯絡電話及本行處理程序。
  3. 投訴案件之最後處理結果,將於您投訴日起三十天內回覆,否則本行會對您說明延遲回覆之原因及預計回覆之時間,但至遲亦不會超過投訴日起六十天。
  4. 本行對您所提出的投訴資料將審慎處理,並予保密。

  1. To facilitate our investigation, please provide your name, company name, telephone number or correspondence address (where applicable).
  2. An acknowledgement will be issued to the complainant within 7 days upon receipt of the complaint, providing the name or job tittle and contact details of the person handling the complaint (except where the complaint is anonymous or has been resolved by close of business on the next business day of its receipt).
  3. A final respond will be given to the complainant within 30 days from the receipt of the complaint. Otherwise, a response will be sent out giving reasons for the delay and indicating when a final response is expected to be provided. In any case, a final response will be sent to the complainant not exceeding 60 days from the receipt of the complaint.
  4. All complaints will be handled in a strictly confidential manner.
